Placed an order using mobile ordering during busy lunchtime hours on holidays. For some reason I was late in receiving it. Then a crew member named Izumi yelled at me. There was already a long line at the checkout counter, and even though it was lunchtime on a holiday when customers were ordering one after another, it was my fault for being late to pick up my order, so it's understandable that I was getting angry.
