I mainly use the store during lunch hours, but maybe there aren't enough people at the counter or the drive-through is busy, but no one comes to help me when I come to the store. After waiting for a while, you will be asked to wait a little longer, and you will be kept waiting even longer. Product delivery after ordering is quick. In October, I went to order the limited-time Tsukimi Burger, but I had to wait at the register for almost 10 minutes, which was way too long, so I hope they fix it. I don't use the drive-thru much, but there are two ordering lanes, and the payment and delivery counters run through the first floor of the store, so it's convenient on rainy days without getting wet.
