It's McDonalds so the menu is as usual. My phone battery was flat so I went in there mostly to charge it. The serving assistant seemed very nice.

They are very accommodating and polite

Basically, the customer service is good, just like other McDonald's stores! . It is located right near the Nakanedai 4-chome intersection, making it very easy to access by car.
