I made a mobile order and made a mistake by sending it out to this branch. Fortunately a very nice man who’s name is Takeano San I’m not sure if I got the right name but he was very nice and help my alot. So patience and understanding. It is the best because there is one USB port and one outlet for charging at the counter seat 😊 As long as I go, the customers have good manners and are very comfortable 😊

I happened to be in Naka, so I stopped by Mac's in Naka, but it was busier both inside and outside the store than in Hitachinaka. This is a store where we recommend using mobile ordering. If you order by mobile ordering, you can only get one sauce per nugget, so I said this when I was called, but I'm sorry for saying it when it's crowded. Everyone at this store is very efficient. It's better not to make any mistakes, but the busier the store is, the more mistakes you make or forget to put in your order. No one is perfect.
