Yoshinoya near Ibaraki University. Sukiya is also nearby, but Yoshinoya here has a style like a "takeaway specialty store" with a drive-thru and a little extra seating. I think the menu is the same, but the store is small and there are few staff, so there is no liveliness with voices repeating orders. Although Yoshinoya was uniform, various trials and errors have continued. I think Yoshinoya has a higher level of gyudon than other places. Also, I think red ginger is better than other places.
