The restaurant is run by a mountain-loving general, so I was told about it by mountain-lovers and visited the store. I don't usually drink much Japanese sake, but I enjoyed all the sakes that Mr. Sake and Yuki taught me. I don't even know what I like when it comes to Japanese sake, but the sake recommended by the general was delicious. I had a lot of fun talking with the general. This is one of the restaurants I recommend when visiting Matsumoto.

I was finally able to ask. This is a better store than I've heard. If you are a telemark skier or a mountain skier, you should definitely go. I think you will have a fun and delicious time. Ski talk with the owner is also great. Recommended for those who want to start telemark skiing. The owner will kindly guide you. They have taken strict measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus and have shortened business hours, which was perfect for someone like me who is not very strong.
