Enjoy broiled oysters, ark clams, surf clams, turban shell sashimi, engawa ponzu sauce, shellfish bowls, plum jellyfish and cucumbers. All fresh and delicious. Crunchy! And the art such as liver ponzu is fine 😊 The young general also has a nice smile and has a good feeling. There were so many kinds of alcohol, and I was able to have a good time with my colleagues. The price is expensive compared to chain izakaya, but I think the quality is worth it 😊 There is a table in the back, but it is better for 2-3 people than for a large number of people. ★One minus about the service is that it takes a little time because it is done by one person. This is a very rare restaurant in Nagano Prefecture, where there is no sea, and only sells shellfish, not seafood. If you like the umami component of shellfish, you will definitely like it. The hard shell clams and giant bai clams, which are hard to find at other izakayas, are exquisite dishes that you will definitely want to repeat. Not only dishes such as sashimi and hamayaki, but also cooked dishes are remarkably delicious. The inside of the shop is small and cannot accommodate a large number of people, so it is a shop that you can enjoy alone or with two people. Be sure to make a reservation as seats are limited.
