Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Gifutanmen Matsumototen

Really solid ramen. The agi tama are delicious and the broth is tasty. I got 4star spice and it was good but could have been a little spicier. Next time I’m gonna try 5 star. The gyoza and fried rice was pretty great also. Free bean sprouts is always a good addition to the ramen also. Very tasty 😋

Extraordinarily good ramen!! If you're worried about the quantity, I'd recommend that you do not buy side dishes, but rather ask for a noodle refill for around 200¥ later.
