This is a Hakata tonkotsu ramen restaurant. It's on the same lot as Aeon's parking lot, so you won't have any trouble finding a place to park. Ordering is done in the form of a meal ticket, which is right in front of you as you enter the entrance. You can also choose the hardness of the noodles, ranging from soft to firm. Although the soup was quite thick, it was delicious enough that I could drink it all without it being addictive or sticky. The children also enjoyed eating it. There were side dishes such as giblets, but I didn't eat them. The clerk was cheerful and kind.

I've only eaten ramen so far, but I'm sure I'll be returning. I feel like it's the closest to Hakata ramen around here. This time it's bite-sized gyoza and offal hotpot!
