I ate Kitakata ramen medium size. It was my first time eating local Kitakata ramen and it was very delicious. Smooth, curly noodles are the perfect match for the soup! The store was clean and the customer service was polite.

In that sense, it could be called pure Kitakata ramen, and it was very delicious. The noodles were made with a lot of water, and the soup that matched the sweetness of the dried sardines with the sweetness of the pork was very good. This is Kitakata Ramen, one of Japan's three major ramen restaurants. The parking lot is large and easy to park, and you can use the store next door for sightseeing, so I recommend it. By the way, I sometimes sample Kitakata ramen at a souvenir shop.

I went to Sakauchi Shokudo to eat Kitakata ramen during Obon during summer vacation. However, there was a long wait (100 people), and we had to wait in line for three cars at the Ramen Hall parking lot amid heavy traffic around the area. It took 10 minutes to get in, and there were 10 people waiting at Tanpopotei. When your turn approaches, the staff will hand you a menu. It takes about 15 minutes to go inside the store and order in advance at the waiting area. I had the chashu men. Soup, curly noodles, char siu, Kitakata ramen with a perfect score of 100. This ramen is popular with everyone, and I don't think there is a customer who wouldn't say it's delicious. Recommended! You can sample Kitakata ramen at the stall outside the ramen building next door!
