Attracted by the signboard of "Shirokoro Hormone", I entered the store. I don't know well, so I ordered while asking the clerk. For first-time customers, it seems to be a system where the owner will bake it for you. He showed us all the examples of beef tongue drop, raw lamb, and shirokoro. (The image is shirokoro and raw lamb) I was lucky to be taught how to grill it, and I was able to enjoy the fatty part of the shirokoro offal (pickled in soy sauce), which I tend to overcook. Raw lamb is not seasoned, so I seasoned it with herb salt while grilling and ate it as it was, and when I ate it with rice, I ate it with sauce. This is what the shopkeeper taught me. It was good to hit a good shop. It's not cheap by any means, but I was very satisfied because it was delicious. If you have a chance to stop by Iida, you will definitely visit again. It was a treat.

White koro and raw mutton are recommended. And it's reasonable. I should have gone sooner.
