Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan｜Gyu-Kaku

I have had gyu-kaku before as it is a chain. I disliked it quite a bit and thought never to go again. But, a friend recommended me this one and we went. Now, this gyu-kaku was good! And really cheap especially if you go between 5 and 6! Get the all you can eat & drink. No English available though...

The staff are very polite and trying their best to explain the menu in english. The set menu is value for money & service is awesome

I had the impression that the store staff were energetic and polite! There's a bit of a wait as it's a popular restaurant, but I don't have a bad impression at all. The parking lot is spacious so it's stress-free. The food was served quickly, so I was able to eat at a good pace!
