Visited during lunch time in mid-October 2023. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there were only about 3 groups of customers. Since it was my first visit, I ordered a full course (ordered when making a reservation over the phone). I probably ate a lifetime's worth of matsutake mushrooms (lol) If you stay at a nearby inn, there will be a shuttle service, so next time I'd like to visit at night and enjoy some drinks.

I visited last Friday again this year. Excited from the moment I boarded the Bessho Line from Ueda😉 C course again this year. No price increase in this day and age! ️ Knocked out again this year with grilled matsutake mushrooms at the start. 🤣 Chawanmushi, hot pot, tempura, earthenware steamed, matsutake mushroom soup, pickles, all items were very delicious this year. 😋 Matsutake mushroom rice was a promised takeaway, but here I wonder if there are people who can even eat rice ❓ This year, I was supposed to visit with my eldest son and his wife, but I have a plan. NG without matching. Next year we will visit with a large number of people. ❗️ What worries me is that there was no egg in the matsutake mushroom pot. Did you forget? However, I couldn't give up and decided to go out in a hurry, but I couldn't make a reservation for the two huts I always visit. So I made a reservation for the first "Ichisaka Sanso". When I asked about expectations and concerns, I was rudely surprised that "cooking, customer service, and price" exceeded my expectations. Whole grilled matsutake mushrooms start with an impact! I felt the scent was a little thin, but... Pickled vegetables, pots, tempura, and other things that the aunts pickled were all my favorites. As expected, I took the matsutake mushroom rice home with my belly bread. Although there was a mistake at the time of accounting, appropriate post-processing and excessive consideration were given. We had a fun time, including a fun conversation at the time of pick-up and drop-off. We hope to see you next year.
