Visited for the first time in 5 years, Although it was no longer charcoal-grilled, the quality was still as high as ever.First of all, we enjoyed the tongue and short ribs with beer, the fillet with red wine (local Oto Wines), and the celery with sake (Daishinshu). But you can't leave out the rice! After all, Yayashiya's sauce is called rice.

[Chikuma City Lunch] I went to Yakiniku Hayashiya in Chikuma City! Last time I went there on a Saturday and Sunday, it was so crowded that I couldn't get in, so I went for lunch on a weekday. The katsudon for lunch was thick and juicy, with a little crunch left over and it was very delicious😋 The miso soup also contained mitsuba leaves and was refreshing.
