Hakuba, Nagano, Japan｜Restaurant 雪峰

Really enjoyed the dinner. We came just to check out the snow peak shop but ended up coming back for dinner. Interior is lovely with its simplicity and wooden textures. The food was japanese, not overly complicated , you can taste the ingredients and elements of flavour. 2 menus , course set and short course. We chose the short course because we're light eaters, 2 appetisers 1 main , additionally can add dessert with extra cosr. Staff speaks English and is very attentive. Come during day time and you can see the skiing mountain .

Very affordable lunch course with local veggies, and meat. We sat down in outdoor seat and the view was spectacular. Onsen is near by. Recommended when you visit Hakuba.

I must say the dinner was good, probably the best I have tasted so far - not too overwhelming which can happen dining in such places.
