Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜Bakery & Restaurant Sawamura Kyukaruizawa

Lovely bakery, it was really busy so I ordered to go. Had 5 different items and wish I had more! The bread was delicious, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. The pastries were flaky and very well balanced, sweet and salty. The cake was soft like a cloud. Coffee did the job. Hopefully I will get to sit at the restaurant for my next visit.

Was looking for a coffee shop and delighted to see they have one here called sawamura, they also have another outlet over the other station at haruna terrace I saw they had a few options for filter coffee The one I chose which is the bean from rawanda was well made and very smooth and sweet The coffee restaurant serves hot food also and is a 2 story terraced house, upstairs there’s a fireplace and some comfy chairs Very nice environment

Cafe near the forest, very atmospheric. Many assortments of croissants 🥐. And the cappuccino is delicious. There is a drawback: the toilet is very dirty
