Karuizawa, Nagano, Japan｜旬彩伍合

When I stayed at the Marriott hotel with my wife and a friend's couple, I booked a banquet course for 3,800 yen (food only) from 18:30 (Friday). I have stayed in Karuizawa many times, but was there such a delicious and reasonable shop? That's what it feels like. Appetizer, sashimi, grilled food, fried food, hot pot dish, simmered motsu, assorted fresh incense, udon noodles, and vanilla ice cream with black honey soybean flour added. In addition, the inside of the store was kept clean, and the completely private room was perfect for infection control, so I was able to use it with confidence. The shop's customer service and consideration are pleasant, and it is a shop that you will definitely want to repeat when you come to Karuizawa.

I'm such a big fan that I always go here for dinner in Karuizawa, everything is delicious! When you reserve a course, the menu will be designed based on the number of members that day, and you can't wait to see what comes out. Be sure to make a reservation by phone!

Is there a better place than here? I like it so much. I like Nagoya's meshi no suke as much as I like it. I went there when Uo Shinnosuke was in town. It took me a while to come around since I saw it introduced by Terry Ito on Ad Street about 10 years ago.
