2023/07/21 Doyo Ushi no hi (midnight day of the ox) Reserve Kamihitsumabushi I lived in Nagoya for 10 years and my favorite food was hitsumabushi, so my expectations were high. When I came to Niigata, I didn't like the taste of the hitsumabushi at the eel restaurant in town, but this one tasted like Dostrike. The eel and rice were delicious, especially the liver soup and soup stock were much more delicious than the eel restaurants in the city. The price may make me hesitate, but I would definitely eat here instead of eating half-baked hitsumabushi. Needless to say, the customer service is polite, the store is hygienic and there are no complaints.

Enjoy a cozy private room and delicious cuisine As expected from Niigata, the fish and meat were both delicious and I enjoyed the lineup. It was a fun time surrounded by lots of alcohol.
