I had a cake buffet. It seems that reservations were required, but thanks to the kindness of the store staff, we were allowed to go. It's a small shop with only two eat-in tables, but the staff are friendly and the cakes are rich and colorful. Not just cakes, but jewel-like chocolates, jellies, and more. I ate too much, but I ate ramen at Toraya in Shirakawa on the way home and was very satisfied.

Bishoseki is reasonably priced at 160 yen, so it's perfect for souvenirs!
