Mr. Wakadanna trained at a Western-style restaurant, and his pasta is excellent. The shrimp extract is a rich pasta, but it is said that shrimp brain miso is not used. I guess it's boiled so much that the shrimp extract comes out.

Lunch pasta is authentic and very delicious. The price is reasonable, and you can have salad, bread, and coffee for less than 1,000 yen. At night, this is also delicious at a seafood izakaya.
