This shop in Hotel Hamatsu not only opens early at 7:00 a.m., but also the staff's attentive service is very impressive. On this day, I ordered a melon main dish from among the popular cakes. I was at a loss for words because I couldn't remember the jewel-like appearance of a perfectly ripe melon that was luxuriously hollowed out into a beautiful spherical shape. Melon with an elegant sweetness and a crisp berry topping. The yoghurt-based mousse that you will never get tired of will feel a drop of coolness in the heat of summer. It is a shop that I definitely want to recommend

Unfortunately, there is no salad bar or soup bar due to the influence of Corona, but when you order the main dish, salad, soup, dessert, and a drink are included. If the drink is the same, it's refill 🆗.

The buffet here, or rather the sweets at the small buffet corner, are so delicious that I often visit here as a reward. I love the atmosphere and the comfort.
