Far but worth the drive

Buy oysters at the direct sales store in front. Arrived at 8:00 because the BBQ reservation was from 8:30. The direct sales office is open from 8:00. Purchased 5000 yen for a family of 4 (including 1 child). It was a little too much. Oysters scatter a lot, so bring clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, or bring an apron. However, it is unpredictable where it will fly, so there are people wearing kappa, so I think it is correct in a sense. I don't know the correct way to bake it, but the best way to brown it is to bake it flat side down for about 2 minutes, then flip it over and allow the shell to open. If you want to bake firmly, remove the flat side and bake. This was the cleanest. Oysters have scallops on the flat side, but with this, the scallops were clean. Also, I wish I had brought sake and white wine. When I removed the flat surface of the last shell and broiled the oysters, I thought it would be even more delicious if I added sake or white wine. Soy sauce, ponzu, paper plates, etc. are included, but the paper plates get dirty quickly, so it's better to bring your own. And it was correct to bring a lemon!
