Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay restaurant. We used this place for breakfast on both days. If you make a reservation from JTB, you can purchase a breakfast priority seat for 100 yen. First 10 people, but you don't have to line up, and you can have a seat with a good view. I think it's a great deal for 100 yen. You line up to enter and line up to get food. The hamburgers, omelettes and rice balls in the demonstration are very delicious. Everything else is normal.

I used it for the breakfast buffet. I entered the store as soon as it opened at 6:30, so there was no wait time. There was a line at the entrance starting around 7:00. By the time we finished eating around 8:00, there was a long line. The buffet had a live kitchen making rice balls, hamburgers, omelets, and dashi-wrapped eggs.
