Chofu, Tokyo, Japan｜Gyushige

Visited for lunch. A satisfying lunch set. Added trogeta ribs as a single item. Slightly sweet and soft, oily but not greasy, recommended. The staff will be attentive and bring you refills of cold tea (included in the lunch set).

Cheap and delicious. Although it has good access, it doesn't seem to be very crowded, probably because it is inconspicuous due to its location. The store clerk was also polite and flexible, which left a very good impression.

They really provide a great service. It will pick up an empty plate right away and will let you know in seconds if you run out of water. This is the level where I feel sorry. The nets are also replaced frequently.
