The staff's customer service is pleasant, and they pay close attention to details such as cleaning up empty plates, so you can have a pleasant meal no matter when you go. However, ordering with a touch panel seems more efficient, but I wonder if there's a reason why they haven't introduced it...

I had all-you-can-eat I think this store has excellent customer service. Both the hall staff and the kitchen staff are very kind when they come to our seats. The food was delicious, and it was more comfortable than any Onyasai store I've been to.
