My family uses it regularly. It's usually delicious and reasonably priced. I think it's perfect for families who want to eat Yakiniku but don't want to go to a high-end restaurant. I only eat salted tongue and skirt steak (lol) Up until now, I hadn't had any complaints, so I hadn't written a review (I don't often write reviews unless I have complaints), but this time I happened to order one. Maybe I entered the wrong table number when I received it? I didn't know which seat to order, and the food got lost and confused. Of course, the most important thing is to make no mistakes, but the subsequent response was quick, honest, and very likable. As someone who works in the customer service industry, I have reaffirmed the importance of not making mistakes and handling complaints. Thank you to the store manager who always cheerfully serves customers, and to all the store staff who respond to various orders despite their busy schedules. Thank you for the meal. If you haven't visited yet, we recommend this Yakiniku restaurant with a lively atmosphere and a delicious and filling meal at a reasonable price ♪ We didn't have children this time, so we were a married couple, so we had a bit of luxury in the photos. I also received the upper ribs (domestic). The meat wasn't greasy, it was soft, and the taste was different from the reasonably priced meat, so I was very satisfied. ...Ah, my one request is that there might be a button to call the store clerk. Everyone seems to be busy, so it's difficult to find the right time to talk to them. (Well, I think it's okay since they often change the net and ask for additional drink orders.)
