The skin of the gyoza is thick and crunchy. Vegetable porridge and seafood porridge may look the same, but the ingredients and soup stock are different. The photo on the menu and the porridge that came out are also different.

It is said to be a northeastern Chinese dish. It's different from Sichuan, but it's spicy! Specialties include mapo tofu and sword-shaved noodles. I had the levanilla set meal (850 yen) and it was surprisingly delicious (o^∀^o) I went to the middle table to pick up the mapo tofu myself. I was told that I could only have one cup, so I ended up filling my plate. The numbing spiciness of Hana Sansho is insanely delicious. Definitely a repeat decision. If I come to Totsuka again, I will eat here.

It was used at a year-end party. The food is delicious, not spicy, and has just the right amount of spices. Still, the cost performance for 4,000 yen for all you can eat and drink is too good. This is the best part of Chinese food, and if you go with a large group, you can eat a variety of things, so I recommend this restaurant.
