I've been eating at expensive shabu-shabu restaurants until now, but I like shabu leaves the most☆ Even with the cheapest course, there are lots of vegetables and the curry is delicious, making you very satisfied. In fact, it makes me wonder how it's so cheap that even if you eat a lot, you won't end up in the red (lol) *My favorite way to eat the sauce is to add lots of green onions and garlic to the yuzu ponzu sauce. It is eaten with lettuce and pork belly. As a finishing touch, I love eating soft serve ice cream with soybean flour and brown sugar syrup☆ Thanks to you, my stomach is bulging! lol
