Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan｜Taiwanese Cuisine Fu Yuan

When I first visited, I ate Taiwanese ramen and eggplant miso on the lunch menu, but it tasted okay, so when I visited the next two times, I chose a recommended menu, and it was really delicious. Especially the shrimp egg rice is so plump that the shrimp is amazed. It's the best and highest in appearance when it's entangled in the egg off-tun with the dashi stock. It was a satisfying dish. It may be correct to ask for Taiwanese cuisine at this restaurant. Next time I would like to try fried rice, especially black fried rice.
