Although the service wasn't the best, as the staff forgot to introduce the early menu at 5pm (as there are different menus and prices at different times), and the lack of energy omitted by the waiters, the food was simply delicious. I highly recommend 牛角大船店 to anyone who loves all-you-can-eat yakiniku!

Probably the best customer service I've ever encountered in all the Gyu-kaku's that I've visited. Our server helped us out a lot since we're group of 7. He recommended the good meats and they changed our grills. Though I think ventilation can be improved too.

This is a review comparing before and after renewal. There used to be tatami seats, but there aren't any anymore. Table seats only. There is a sofa seat, and it is box-shaped. I think it used to be a charcoal fire, but was it a gas fire? became. My clothes and hair are less likely to smell, probably because the area where the smoke is inhaled is the edge of the grill. The store was previously dark, but now has a bright and natural atmosphere. The atmosphere is more like an extension of lunch than an extension of a drinking party. The restroom had also been renovated and was bright and clean. The toilets are separated for men and women. My good impression was that the manager's customer service was friendly and calm. It was disappointing for families with children that there was no tatami room, but the sofa seats had plenty of width, so I think that's a good thing.
