We made a reservation at the kids room around 7pm on a weekday for two families. The telephone response at the time of reservation was polite and pleasant, and even though I arrived early on the day, I was shown to my room right away.When I ordered food and drinks, they brought them to me right away, so I was completely satisfied without having to wait. The kids seemed to have a lot of fun as they were obsessed with the toys and karaoke 😊 I would like to use it for a New Year's party next time! thank you very much.
