More Comments at Google MapI went with my daughter's family and 5 people! I ate to my heart's content with the 80-minute course for around 3,300 yen per person! My grandchildren ate short ribs and pork belly, but for me, the loin and skirt steak, which had less oil, were tender and delicious! I think the tongue salt is a little thin~😅 The marshmallow roast was also delicious! The cuppa was also delicious! Can I eat Yakiniku? I thought so, but it was in a container the size of a rice bowl, so it was good. The pudding after the meal was also delicious! Elementary school students are half price, and those over 60 are discounted by 600 yen, so even if my son-in-law drank two beers and my two grandchildren drank from the drink bar, it was 16,000 yen for five people! Thank you for the very delicious meal.
The employees' uniforms are very dirty. Since this is a restaurant, a clean image is important. It wasn't just one or two people who were dirty, so I guess it's the store's policy not to send them out for cleaning. It's quite cheap compared to a typical yakiniku restaurant, but it's sad when costs are cut in a place like this where customers can see it. Also, the chairs were all worn out and full of holes, and there was something like glass wool sticking out from under the yakiniku table. There were a lot of employees, so the slow menu delivery (it took about 10 minutes for each item after ordering. However, only the tofu salad came out in 1 minute) was due to operational issues and getting used to it. I thought this might be a problem, but even though it wasn't peak time, there were enough people, so there was room for improvement. It's true that the prices are low, but it's dirty and shabby (I think it's been open for less than three years), so I don't think it's a good value for money.
>New write that? Did you go to a different store than last time? Has the management changed? ? As soon as I entered the store, I thought, They are holding a contest to see which clerk has the best customer service. Ah, I see… Too bad! The staff's attitude, smiles, and language were so different from usual that I was nervous (lol) I wish it was always like this. < There was a robot. It may be good for reducing labor costs, and it's fun to look at, but it hogs the aisle. When they were about to go out to get a drink or a second helping of food, they spotted it across the aisle, and everyone said, "Wow!" and took their seats, waiting intently for the robot to return. Same goes for returning home. When I tried to go back after putting a drink in, I found my seat in the aisle and waited forever until it came out. It's fine if the store is large, but if it's small, it's hard to get used to it. If it was a store clerk, I could just say, "Excuse me," and walk past me... I went for lunch, and they also had an all-you-can-eat plan, so I was able to eat to my heart's content. The meat is also delicious.
