It was the first time in my life to eat authentic sukiyaki. Every egg is a double yolk!

The vegetables are mostly locally grown and have a wonderful firmness and luster. The soy sauce is also a local specialty. The proprietress prepares the sukiyaki made with local ingredients in Higashi-Omi right in front of you. The meat is generously placed on top of the fragrant aroma of green onions and the scent of scorching soy sauce. You can drink a glass of beer with just this scent! And the egg mixed with the meat was the biggest egg I've ever seen. When you split it, you get twins. Apparently twins are normal here. Also, the egg is rich! Although the meat is well-marbled, it's easy to eat and you can eat as much as you want. Chikuwafu is also delicious! This dish alone is worth eating. Even though the seasoning is only soy sauce and sugar, it has a perfect balance. taste, service, price. I'm very satisfied with everything. I will definitely come again!
