The top loin was cooked in about 20 seconds and was so soft that it melted in my mouth after two or three bites, and the salted tongue had a firm texture that was satisfying. The top loin goes best with the ponzu sauce that comes with it! I ordered the normal panchijimi, but it was crispy and went well with the sauce and was very delicious. The sauce was also perfectly spicy and easy to eat. Next time I would like to try other pancakes. It was a nice and clean shop with a high-class look and feel inside and out! The staff's response was also good.

It's always delicious. I often use it in family and company relationships.
