It was my first time going there and it was probably the best pasta I've ever had in my life. I've never had high-quality pasta, but this is by far the best pasta that ordinary people eat. However, speaking of greed, even if I had a large serving, there wasn't much of it. I wanted to taste it more. It's so delicious that you can probably eat 2 plates if it's a large serving. If you order the 3-person set, you'll get all-you-can-eat baguette, all-you-can-drink pitcher of drinks, and all-you-can-drink soup. However, it seemed to be a popular restaurant and was crowded, so I had to ask a third employee for a refill of bread before she finally came out. I waited a total of about 15 minutes from the time I told the first staff member to the third staff member until the bread was served. The pasta was so delicious that I didn't get annoyed by the wait time, but every time the bread appeared from the kitchen, would they bring it to me? I continued to follow him with my gaze. There are many payment options other than cash, which is great in this cashless era. Why won't they open a store in Osaka? I could even go out to Hyogo Prefecture just for that purpose. Shiga is just too far away. This is a restaurant I definitely want to visit again when I go to Shiga. The locals are jealous. If you don't go, you're wasting your life. By the way, if you would like to use chopsticks, just ask the staff and they will bring them for you.

This is my first time using it. I came here because my family had used it before and said it was delicious. As my family said, the pasta was chewy and delicious. The raw ham salad was also very flavorful.
