Meat sushi is ordered for 2 servings, imagining that it is 2 pieces in 1 order, A total of 24 pieces (Omi beef kalbi meat sushi, Omi beef large toro meat sushi, rare steak sushi) came out (laughs) All meat sushi is 4 servings per person. (Omi beef Chutoro meat sushi is soft and delicious without being heavy.) Omi beef large-sized ribs are thin and long, so they can be baked immediately, but the fat is amazing. Three years ago, the rare steak sushi was served with meat on top of the rice, but now it seems that the meat and rice are served on separate plates.
