Hikone, Shiga, Japan｜Charcoal-grilled Chicken & Sake "Kabaya" Hikone Station

(Additional post) Last time, it was a friend's retirement celebration, but this time I used it for my own retirement celebration (laughs) I upgraded to the ¥4,500 course. You can easily make an advance reservation online and get a coupon (¥500 per person discount for courses over ¥4,000)! I entered the store on time and was guided immediately. The first drink is ordered as it is, but after that it is an order on the touch panel. Refill orders are often made to wait at any store, so I ordered when the drink was still about 1/3 left, but it came out immediately within 1 minute. I'm very happy with the speedy response, especially for the second cup, which I just started drinking...😄 Of course, after that, drinks came out immediately 😆👍 As for the food, chicken sashimi and motsunabe 🍲 were prepared on the table, and salad and sashimi were immediately brought. (If you book a course, you don't have to choose an order, so it's easy ☺️) Charcoal-grilled local chicken and fried rice were brought freshly made. I was very satisfied with dessert and all-you-can-drink (2 hours) 🤗 The store clerk (Mr. Tateoka and the other person came, but I forgot the name ... 😅) also responded quickly, and it was a very good impression 😊 Checkout is smooth with PayPay. I would like to use it again 😊 ………(that's all)……… We had a drinking party with the 3500 yen course. All-you-can-drink is also included, so I'm happy 😆 Drink orders come out quickly, so you don't have to worry about waiting time. There wasn't enough soup stock for the hot pot for two people, so when I said that the ingredients in the hot pot wouldn't be able to boil, he added a little bit of soup stock🤫I was happy with this kind of service☺️ I would like to use it again next time 🤗

I ordered takeout today. I've never been there, but it was half price for a limited time, so I asked for a few bento and single items over the phone and went to pick it up just now. All the dishes were warm and freshly made, and the chicken nanban that I ordered separately for the lunch box was a nice surprise. It's delicious, and I want to go out for a drink when the coronavirus calms down.

Grilled mackerel and bonito sashimi are the best. The inside of the store can be relaxed like a private room and it feels bright. A little pricey but it was good.
