Fujinoya is a restaurant I always visit every time I come to Kiyosato. This is the most delicious soba restaurant around here. The boiled offal is also excellent. Today (Sunday) I came to the store after 12:30 and had to wait for about 30 minutes. By 1:30, the soba noodles were sold out.

Delicious soba with a firm texture that goes down your throat. The tsuyu is also not too sweet, which I like. On holidays, cars arrive one after another 20 minutes before the store opens. It's a popular restaurant, so you'll have to wait in line, but this is soba that you'll want to eat even if you wait in line. The chicken giblets are also available in half sizes and are delicious.

I received a large serving of Joten Mori Soba! Both the soba and tempura were delicious. I was disappointed that they didn't have a soba set meal during Golden Week.
