Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan｜Resort dining Fujiyama Terrace

I used the breakfast coupon provided by the hotel. There are many food choices and the taste is delicious. The overall experience is good.

Stayed over for 1 night and had the opportunity to try out their breakfast buffet. The restaurant has an amazing floor-to-ceiling window on 1 wall which allows for an amazing view of Mount Fuji while dining. The buffet variety was decent with both Western and Japanese cuisines available. Some Chinese dishes like dim sum were available as well. I really liked some of their Japanese dishes such as the beef tendon stew and twice cooked pork while the Western dishes included crispy bacon and a la minute omelettes with an optional topping of spicy cod roe mayonnaise that you can help yourself to. Thoroughly enjoyed both the view and the food!

The Italian cuisine buffet at the foot of Mount Fuji is delicious! There are many kinds of salad plates, and each plate is delicious! Desserts after dinner are great and unburdened, almond cheese and mango cheese are rich!
