Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Kappa Sushi

Although many would find the prices a little too much, for me it was just a bit over the fair amount generally speaking. However, considering the quality of the food, the speed in which you start eating and the overall service, it was acceptable. 4 people, 2 adults, one teenager and a child ate until we could no more. the only downturn was entering since I was coming from the Yamanashi prefectural museum and the entrance was on the other side, to which you cannot cross to since there is a blockage.

Kappa sushi is super clean🍣 They change their menu and special dishes pretty often. Also, they always have ramen from the famous ship around Japan. The shop is quite big so you don't need to wait for so long. However, it'll be easier if you reserve a table by their application

This is my go to place when I am in Japan. Love it here and the sushi is great. They usually have specials that are very interesting. Its usually crowded which is a good sign that it's tasty.
