Very nice place, the food is good and the shares are fairly big unlike most French restaurants. You can meet French people there on the third Friday of each month if somehow that's what you were looking for.

French cafe restaurant. We went at noon and both the menu of the day and the service were very much to our liking. If you add wine and extras to the menu, the price goes up a little but if not you can eat for about 1,500 yen.
