I always eat a lot of Sakura Yukhoe from the Wagyu beef course. It's a great deal to have all-you-can-eat horse meat. They only accept reservations, so you can eat without lining up if it's after noon or 5pm. After 5pm, it starts to get crowded. If you order a large amount of shrimp, the shrimp will arrive half-thawed.

Used for the first time this time. I think the original store was a shabu-shabu kaiseki restaurant. I didn't feel any particular problems in the essential store. Meat is also delicious. Orders are placed on a tablet, and the serving is sometimes done by humans and sometimes by robots. In addition, we want to go if there is opportunity to use.

I visited again on a Saturday during the Obon period. Before I evaluated the restaurant, I was quite angry about the reviews here. It is written in the reviews that the delivery of the products is slow, but most of those people are probably customers who come to the store on Saturdays and Sundays. There are about 30 people waiting on Saturdays and Sundays, and I don't think it would be possible for any store to run the store so smoothly with just a few employees. I've never seen Yakiniku King, Yakiniku Taro, and Amiyakitei so crowded. I also worked at a yakiniku restaurant for several years, and I think the staff at Gyu-Kaku are especially difficult. How about watching a comedy about a yakiniku restaurant on YouTube? Even within the food and beverage industry, I am extremely busy. Now on to the evaluation, the taste of the meat was absolutely delicious, and the drink bar and parfait bar were included for free, so even families with children could enjoy it. A glass of beer costs 190 yen (summer fair). It's insanely cheap. Normally a cup costs around 600 yen. The staff also went out of their way to guide me even though the machine automatically guides me, and when I called about a problem with the drink bar, they responded immediately. They were quick to respond to requests for supplies, network exchanges, and calls to store staff. If there was an item that had not arrived, I could call the store staff and they would bring it right away. To be honest, the reviews were unreliable. I often see reviews saying that no matter how many hours you wait...but if you're going to wait that long, why not call the store staff over and over again to have it brought to you? Isn't it just a matter of avoiding peak hours and visiting the store? Is it possible for 30 groups to wait every week at a restaurant that you all criticize so badly? This is an excellent store that you should visit at least once.
