Order a casual dinner buffet. It was vacant on weekdays. There was no time limit and I was able to eat leisurely. It was nice to be able to eat various dishes because there were few servings. The taste was authentic and very satisfying. The salmon salad, braised pork, xiaolongbao, shrimp mayo, stir-fried beef with XO sauce, and sweet and sour pork were especially delicious. I personally want to go there again.

On Sunday, April 3, 2022, it was my mother's 80th birthday, and we celebrated her 80th birthday at Toukaro. My brother works at Loisir Hotel Toyohashi, so I had him make a reservation for the Houou course. The course menu is... Houkarou appetizer individual platter ↓ Gomoku shark fin soup ↓ Fried lobster with XO sauce and fried crab claws ↓ Roasted Mikawa beef thigh with black garlic sauce ↓ Chimaki ↓ Three types of desserts After a toast, we handed out bouquets of flowers and presents and got together while having a meal. Houkaro also sent out a congratulatory plate, which made my mother very happy. The food was very delicious, and we had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration while having fun. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, we were provided with a private room, and the staff were very considerate. I'm really thankful to you.

The hall staff's customer service is bright, polite, and pleasant, whether it's lunch or dinner. Most of the menu items are not too seasoned, so they are easy to eat and delicious. There are a lot of items, and it's fun to visit. However, at the other two restaurants in the same hotel, I always see someone who seems to be the hall manager, but I don't have the opportunity to meet him at Houkaro. For example, when I visit a hot spring inn where the landlady serves customers, I feel a sense of unity there, and I would like to visit again. The current hall operations are smooth, but if a manager were on site, Houkaro would become even more appealing.
