Toyohashi, Aichi, Japan｜Costa-Rica city garden

It was dinner time from 5 o'clock in the evening. I stopped by for an early dinner 🍽️, but I waited a while and looked at the city from the observation deck before visiting. It feels good to eat bread, soup, appetizers, fish, meat, etc. while enjoying the view of the city.

This is an authentic Italian restaurant located on the observatory floor of Toyohashi City Hall. There is a salad and dessert buffet, and lunch prices are moderate. Holidays are crowded, so reservations are recommended. Of course, the food is not bad, but if you come here, it's meaningless if you don't look outside. So when you make a reservation, ask for a window seat. Getting there is a little tricky. You can park your car in the underground parking lot of the city hall, but it is difficult because the city hall is closed on holidays, so many places from the underground parking lot to the restaurant are closed.

It was delicious. I had a pasta lunch. Comes with salad bar and drink bar. When the bread is baked, the staff will go around the seats and distribute it. Every time you finish eating one, you will be offered another bread. It was about once every five minutes. The view was nice and the food was delicious. It was a little hot inside. It was cooler on the floor where I left the shop.
