Gifu, Japan｜Sushi & Shabu-Shabu Yuzu-An

My new favorite restaurant in Japan, Yuzuan Shabushabu. All you can eat sushi, sides, desserts and all ingredients for shabu shabu. For their lunch, it only costs ¥2178 (100mins, tax inclusive). I can’t wait to go back there 🤤 i fell in love with this place!

I visited Shokado for summer lunch. I made a reservation in advance, but there were quite a few customers lined up in between lunch hours. It was a reservation guide, so I was able to guide you early, but I can see that it is a popular store for lunch. Despite the busy hours, the staff was polite and quickly guided us to our seats. I thought that teamwork with a feeling of delivering food and a sense of unity was good (^^) The food, drinks, and desserts are all delicious. I was able to have a special lunch with a birthday cake celebration. Congratulations to the staff who brought the celebration whole cake~ It was a pleasant surprise to receive applause and congratulations from the staff and the customers next to us along with the shouts (*´з`) If you become an app member, you will be able to cook at a great price, so it is recommended. I couldn't ask your name at the end, but the leader staff Thanks I want to make it a hideaway shop, so it's actually a review I don't want to put it on, but I hope that it will be a shop that everyone wants to come again. I think I will ask again, but please return this day as a holiday and give my regards to the male staff who served customers 😀

I searched for all-you-can-eat meat for lunch, and this was a hit, so I visited. It is a system that you can order with a touch panel if you choose a common course. First of all, I was asked about the type of soup for shabu-shabu. I chose a common seafood stock and yuzu salt. The meat comes out about 4 pieces at a time, but I thought it was just the right amount because I want to eat various things. And the sushi was delicious. I think it will be creative sushi, but the raw ham sushi was delicious. You can also choose vegetables as an assortment or as a single item. You can also choose side dishes such as fries. It's not in the picture, but the fried oysters were very delicious. Finally, we had dessert, and the warabi mochi was excellent. I hope to visit again soon.
