We ordered thick-sliced ​​beef tongue, short ribs, skirt steak, and cheese pancakes. The thick-sliced ​​beef tongue was about 1cm thick, but even though it was thoroughly grilled, it was easy to bite into with your teeth, and it was very delicious, as previously said. It is better to grill both sides thoroughly rather than letting the residual heat cook the food slowly. The short ribs had a good balance of fat and lean meat and were easy to eat. The rice goes well when eaten with a refreshing sauce🍚 Harami had a higher ratio of lean meat than short ribs, and I could feel the flavor in every bite. I ordered it with salt, but I would have preferred it with wasabi on top and the sauce lol. The cheese pancake had a strong cheese flavor and a moist texture similar to an omelet.
