Kamogawa, Chiba, Japan｜Uomasa

The food was amazing! The server who greeted me at the door did not speak English. But did her best to ensure I understood the food was going to be raw fish. She gave me a recommendation on the menu and a sake to go with it. After being served my food another server, who was studying English, came over to explain to me what the different sashimi was. Everything was delicious! And now when I return to America I will no longer be able to enjoy sushi and sashimi the way I did before visiting Japan.

The environment is elegant and the food is delicious. 👍The golden sea bream is big, fresh and not expensive. It’s just that the waiter wrote the wrong fish as “roasted” when I ordered it, but it’s not bad either. 😁Here comes today! ✌️😁

We had a sashimi set and boiled alfonsino (single item half)! It was very delicious! The staff was very nice, and the restaurant was clean and I was able to eat comfortably. I would like to ask you if you have a chance to go to Kamogawa again!
