This was the third time I used it for a banquet reservation. It's on the 5th floor of the building, so you have to take the elevator. Immediately after getting off the elevator, the smoking room is on the left side of the entrance and on the right side of the cashier counter. I was guided through the aisle to a private room with a kotatsu. I arrived 30 minutes earlier than the reservation time, but they guided me to my seat.
