This was my first time using Kalbi General. I came in without a reservation and didn't have to wait around 3pm on a Sunday. I go to various yakiniku restaurants, but the ribs are so fatty that I can't eat them anymore, and even if I grill them properly, I sometimes get upset stomachs these days. However, the short ribs from General Kalbi were very delicious and had just the right amount of fat, making it ideal. I was especially impressed by the delicious ribs. The skirt steak was similar to loin and was a bit dry, but if you have short ribs, it won't be a problem 👍️. Also, the half size of the stone grilled bibimbap is very convenient for all-you-can-eat options, and the great thing about it is that you can order it without kimchi! Even my companion, who doesn't usually eat bibimbap because of the kimchi, enjoyed it. The dessert was a little sweet overall, but not too sweet, and the coffee jelly added a hint of bitterness, which was ideal. I was also happy that all the tables were like private rooms. This is a store I would like to use again.
