Great restaurant!!!!

It may be that your evaluation of a Yakiniku restaurant changes drastically depending on what you look for in a Yakiniku restaurant. As for the meat, I think it's delicious without any complaints. In particular, the price and quality of regular meat are not balanced in a good sense, and if you eat it at other restaurants such as Kamikarubi, you can eat much more expensive meat at a relatively reasonable price, so you can eat high-quality meat at a low price. I think this is one of the best shops for those who place importance on this point. It looks like it might be fatty, but the meat was good and didn't let up as I continued eating. On the other hand, I want to spend a pleasant time with Yakiniku, and when evaluating a restaurant, I take into account not only the taste of the meal but also other aspects. For those who say, it is undeniable that the roughness is noticeable. As others have mentioned, I think the store's operations are poor. Compared to a typical yakiniku restaurant, the serving time is slower and the timing varies. This may be the store's way of doing things, so I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I think it can be frustrating for some customers. Also, the sauce for the yakiniku is limited to the amount used at the table, which is a bit dissatisfying for someone like me, who likes to marinate the meat in a fairly small amount. If you take it positively, it gives a sense of cleanliness, but I would like them to show hospitality by adding more sauce as soon as the sauce container runs out. If you run out of it and leave it as is, the store simply won't even replenish the sauce. The hot drinks were so hot that I couldn't drink them, and although it's my personal preference, I got the impression that they were losing small points over and over again. As for masks, I was instructed by the store's policy to wear them even during the period of personal judgment, so I was in trouble because I didn't have one, but the store staff gave me one. Thank you. However, the person cutting the meat in the kitchen was wearing a chin mask, and the person who appeared to be the owner was not wearing a mask, so I didn't really understand why they were forcing customers to do so. We also had quite a few conversations in the kitchen. Well, this is the store's policy so I don't care, but I'm sure there are no streaks. If the meat is delicious, I would rate it a 5 star, so this review is also a 5 star, but as mentioned above, I think it's best to understand that your rating will vary greatly depending on what you place importance on before using it. On this day, I ate tongue, Wagyu skirt steak, hamburger steak, top short ribs, and top loin. The best part was the skirt steak. This taste is the best at this price. The yakiniku is delicious to eat, with a good taste of the massage sauce (or rather, the kake sauce) and the dipping sauce. I usually prefer loin over ribs, but the top ribs at this restaurant were also excellent. The meat was a fairly large cut and had a lot of fat in it, so some people might find it difficult to eat. I don't think it's meat that you can eat for about 2,000 yen. It was really delicious. At first, I thought the kimchi was so spicy that my mouth would catch fire, but when I moved on to the fatty meat, I understood. This spiciness is neutralized by eating it with fat. It was delicious. On the other hand, I don't think there was anything noteworthy about Tan. Rather, I don't like the lemon juice provided as a sauce, and I think it ruins the tongue. If you're going to serve it with lemon, it's better to serve it with lemon. The hamburger steak is satisfying. I tried the original sauce, but the combo with rice is amazing. Simply put, it's delicious. After all, it is highly satisfying as a yakiniku, but when it comes to satisfaction as a whole meal, there are many small details that stand out, so I think this is the best restaurant for those who can handle it. I came again because I wanted to eat meaty and delicious meat with my friends. Thanks to the friendly staff and manager, I was able to have a good time and enjoy delicious meat. I am full. The lunch box is also reasonable, so I'm interested!
